The rug turned out to be a different shade than I thought; it was way darker than what I saw in the pictures. However, the team was super helpful in making the return process smooth and easy. Dropping it off at the UPS store was a breeze, and I got my refund right after they received it.

I was really taken in by the reviews and the quality showcased on the website, so I decided to buy two big Persian rugs from Fine Rug Collection back in May 2022. They charged my credit card right away and provided a UPS tracking number. But when I checked, UPS said, 'the tracking number has been created, but the seller hasn’t reached out to us yet.' I've tried calling and emailing them multiple times to find out what's going on, but I've heard nothing back. So, I had to start a dispute with my credit card company, and they’ve reversed the charges. Feels like a complete scam to me.

I got the incorrect rug. I've reached out to them twice by phone and sent two emails, but still no reply. I'm really let down!
